All three of our LAP-BAND surgeons, Dr Simpson, Dr. DeBarros and Dr Orris, are members of the BLIS certified program. This means that we meet very high standards of short term outcomes and long term patient success. We are able to partner with BLIS and make a committment to our self-pay patients that, should a covered complication occur within certain timeframes following surgery, our patients are not responsible for the costs associated with the care of that complication. The complication protection is exclusively part of a package price you may choose to include for your weight loss surgery. We are happy to provide this benefit to our patients who desire it and ease your mind and wallet in this important decision.
